(ISO), and the Texas Department
of Insurance, State Fire
Marshal’s Office have listed the
Magnolia Volunteer Fire
Department as a Public
Protection Classification Class
(PPC) Three (3) Fire Department.
The ISO Public Protection
Classification (PPC) is
generally applied to properties
within the Montgomery County
Emergency Services District No.
10., irregardless of proximity
to fire hydrants. The MVFD
utilizes six 3,000-gallon Tanker
trucks and six 750-gallon Pumper
trucks as a water supply to
fight fires. In addition,
other water sources such as
lakes, ponds and rivers may be
utilized in emergency
situations.
